Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data BuildQuick Private Limited (“BuildQuick”, “we”, “us”) collects through buildquick.tech, why we collect it and the choices you have. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, company, the services you’re interested in, your budget range, timeline and the message you write.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider and content delivery networks receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Browser storage. We store small flags in your browser’s session storage (for example, that you have already seen our contact popup). These are not cookies, never leave your device and are cleared when you close the tab.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To prepare proposals, estimates and agreements you ask for.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We only share data with service providers that help us run the website and talk to you:
- Netlify — hosts this website and receives contact form submissions.
- Calendly — if you choose to book a call, its own privacy policy applies.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there, its own privacy policy applies.
- Google Fonts, Fontshare and jsDelivr — deliver fonts and code libraries, and receive your IP address when they do.
Some of these providers process data outside India. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and any period the law requires afterwards. Otherwise we delete enquiries within 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. You can also raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, with the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiries is limited to the people at BuildQuick who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
This website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
